Each Book has a unique number beginning with 001-100 in addition to the Consecutive Numbering 70000. Every page has a different number, going up as you turn the pages so that each sheet can be identified by its Page Number.
Folded in half and Both sides MUST Align exactly so when Hole Punched it’s punching the exact same information on both sides.
Middle is Perf’ed so one side is given to Passenger, other side to Auditor.
